- The budget: determine the maximum amount you want to spend on this event.
- A date and time to suit most: between late November and December 22 (before the vacations), at a time that won’t delay those with children.

- A caterer with a Christmas menu: book your caterer for the festive season in advance to avoid disappointment. You’ll have more options and be able to choose the date that suits you best.
