Organization means anticipation. This is one of the secrets to ensuring that your event runs smoothly. To achieve this, we recommend that you quickly define the following elements: <\/p>\n\n

  1. The budget: determine the maximum amount you want to spend on this event.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n
    1. A date and time to suit most: between late November and December 22 (before the vacations), at a time that won’t delay those with children. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n

        1. A caterer with a Christmas menu: book your caterer for the festive season in advance to avoid disappointment. You’ll have more options and be able to choose the date that suits you best. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n
          1. Communication: we recommend that you send out invitations early enough so that your guests can get organized and attend.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n
            1. Decoration: to bring out the magic of the festive season in your guests, take great care in decorating the venue and the tables. Put up a Christmas tree, string lights or natural wreaths. Don’t hesitate to entrust this task to us – it’s one of our specialties! <\/li><\/ol>\n\n
